El Paso REAL PEOPLE meeting

Is anyone else tired of endless chat/IM conversation only to find out there wasn't a "real" person on the other end? Well fear no more, I is here...lol. As moderator, and your humble servant, my intent is to meet with every single person that becomes a member of this group to "validate" to the other members that we are all "real". No that does not mean I'll be on a self-serve ambitious excursion to sleep with everyone (I hear those sighs of relief) but I do want to at least verify that members are real people. Whether it's a "hi" over lunch, or a "sup" in the mall, I think we all deserve to know that we are/will be talking to a real person who’s intent is to meet/mingle with other members if there is compatibility there. That's fair isn't it?? So sign in, start an independent thread in the group with your name/addy as the subject line, include your info (remember not all are paying members) asl, likes, wants, etc. and the way you'd like to "validate" your membership (if you will) and we'll see how things go. Once we meet, I'll be entering a message to the effect that "this is a true member" under your post. If all goes well, I see no reason why we can't all find that certain match we’re longing for.
