Your message has been declined

Instant mesaging service does'nt always work properly. Sometimes when i go on IM when paging i get "your message has been declined" On a number of occasions i have had that little title when i know the people I meet up with want to talk to me. They just dont get my messages through. I even tried this out while on the phone to them and it happened then. If this happens to new members on the first few occasions they try to page someone then they will probably give up totally disheartened. Does anyone know a way round this or should i try different settings. Hope you can help cos for a little while i thought i was billy no mates lol.John
