Couples Wanted for Father's Day Week-end Camping
There are currently 3, possibly 4 families going camping next week-end about 90 minutes north of Edmonton. If all you have ever done is lake or dry camping then you should come along as we go river camping!

Bring your tubes and spend a day on the river tubing back down to the campground with us.

No singles please

A last minute spot has opened up for another family and / or couple to join us. Families are welcome to come along, just make sure everyone has a floaty thingy even if from the dollar store lol. I'm sure we could get more spots if more people want to join us.

No pressure camp-out... newbies welcome to come meet some new friends and have a great week-end in the outdoors. We've held lots of camp-outs in the past and people always have a good time, asking for more.

A few people contacted us wanting to come but for one reason or another couldn't make it. Turns out that was a good thing as the damn rain forced us to cancel the trip entirely. If you remember Friday night, it was beautiful and a few of us were wondering if we made the right decision.

Saturday morning's deluge proved we were right, a quick call to the campground confirmed our decision to be right as some parts of the road were closed do to flooding. I still maintain that would of made for some great extreme tubing!

How I love the in-ability to go camping in Alberta . Someone take me back east where the black flies will eat me alive but at least the weather will co-operate, but I digress...
